fishfather: Great job. It's obvious you know how to manipulate the computer. The reason I made the simple statements above is that from the questions I receive most people don't want to read the rules or they don't understand them, or they're 
. Truthfully the way the rules are changing I have been in doubt about a lot of them. When I talk to the Biologist he explains them in very simple terms and they are current. It's fairly simple, you can catch 10 rockfish out to 180 feet deep. You can catch 20 fish totally but only 10 can be rockfish.etc. you can have 5 sculpin over the 10 rockfish.
Then you have to know which fish are protected. Whew!!!
