Need Help Picking A Lure.

So, I'm pretty knew to fishing. I usually just use whatever lure my dad has on his pole, But what lures are best to catch the Small Mouths, Large Mouths, and Rock Bass that are in the retention pond by my house? They are pretty small usually ranging 5-12 inches about 90% of them being closer to 5 inches. If you could post a link to the lure so I can see what it looks like and go out and buy it i'd appreciate it. Thanks.
