The only walleyes I have caught were at Oneida on a crawfish colored bugger. I was using a sinking line and crawling it slow over a rocky point. So I am not an expert.
Any Clouser or other dumbbell eyed fly would probably work too. Getting the weight to sink it deep enough is probably the key. Be sure an wait and let the fly sink.
