Twins, if you are really concerned about your health, you might think about limiting the amount of smoked, charred, or barbequed meals also. Look up the carcinogenic properties of smoked meats etc. I LOVE smoked fish etc, It just isn't a good idea to eat it too often.
Much of the pcbs can be removed by how you prepare the fish. Remove all bellys, fats, and lateral lines. Cook by a method that drains the fats away.
Mercury on the other hand is throughout the flesh and can't be reduced by preparation.
