Inline photos??

Hmm,I noticed at my buddies house I couldn't get the picture inline,were it says insert image in the picture frame looking square,to the right of the letter A for inserting color,at my buddies I can't find the Insert Image option?maybe thats whats happening,do you even see the square picture frame looking Insert Image thing.[inline IMG_0262.JPG]On my computer its under the letter C, for "code" [#4040ff]FL mod [#000000]Fish[/#000000] [/#4040ff][#000000]out of water.At my buddies it seems like the icons were arranged different?like I said I couldn;t post a picture inline from his place?[/#000000]
