I'm having the same issue with my trailer, I bought a new axle for mine 1 year after buying it and it did not fix the problem. If you find a fix for this let me know I don't think it is an alignment issue or you would have wear on the outside of one tire and inside of the other,Most like it is the camber in the axel itself.Is your axel strait or does it have a V in the middle. Mine has a V and I did make the problem better by using a floor jack lifting the boat and trailer up on the V, it changed the camber to the outside slightly when I set the trailer on the ground the tires where allot straighter and I have allot less wear but they are still wearing on the inside.
I am going to take it to state trailer supply this spring and see if they can fix the problem.
If you find some one give me a call I would like some info on what they did and what your problem was.
