Fishermen waiting for second shoe to drop in Connecticut

Interesting how they came up with data that showed lower blue and striper numbers in the past 5 years. We all knew that already. No more do the blues boil in New Haven Harbor or Stonington. Spring runs on stipers have decreased every year. [frown] But why give us a slot limit for one striper to have for dinner.
