I know I have been guilty of offenses in the past, so don't call me a hypocrit.
Like has been stated earlier, they haven't been able to establish a breeding population, so nothing has changed by keeping that fish. Even so, he has the right to do so and there is nothing ethically or morally wrong with it either, as long as it isn't wasted.
