Creating Your Own Fishing T-Shirt Design

Hi,Im actualy thinking of doing so ,my nephew knows someone who does this,are you saying I can do this?,how do I get my picture transfered to the paper ,then I can apply it?I have some pictures of my fish,see it on my profile,,the Pacu.I'm thinking of a picture on the back and above it will say, Pauly's Pacu,and in the front will say,"got pacu?"I want to make some for the familly even one for a baby lol.maybe 12 shirts,maybe this picture.
