Southern California Saltwater

Report for November 2, 2003 (Sunday)


The Blue Horizon did good with 10 anglers catching 36 yellows, 1 mako, and 7 yellowfin Tuna last trip.

Way Up North- Avila and Monterey
Limits of rockfish. Checkout the special deal offered by Patriot landing.

Up North- Channel Islands
Truely mixed bag with good numbers. Port Hueneme boat had 36 lings with everything else.

LA Area- Catalina Island
Calico, barracuda, yellows, bonito.

Further South- San Clemente
Check the South Coast landings offices for details.

San Diego- Local and Offshore
Local bite was good not depending on boat and offshore 1.5 are still doing well.

LA Local
If it's there, it's biting. Not big numbers except down on the south coast, but there is a chance at skippies, yellows, etc. on the 3/4s and some 1/2 dayer's
