Drove by the lower weber today at the mouth of the canyon and it was frozen[
], this cant be good I just hope the fish have somewhere to go, and cant be good for this years spawn. I hope its just that part of the river, was hoping to head up this week if it warmed up a little has anyone fished it lately?
