how to add oars to a float tube?

A strap and a pipe for feet. The strap alone can get tangled up as it will be long because of the short tube.
Only other thing I can think of that you might encounter will be hitting your hands on the tube or side bags. The Escape is 6' long and I clipped the side bags bad. Could not get a good stroke because of how small it is and that again was probably at least a foot longer.
