I've always loved working on the learning edge while things are mostly prototype. That's where ya see the most improvement and when they are fun and exciting. This toon project has been a blast so I'm really looking forward to getting it on a real lake instead of my pond. I started this project 3 years ago but didn't have time or tools to finish so I was happy to get it wrapped up to where it should be a big improvement. Last fall I was kicking my toon upstream to my launch point after fishing in 30 some degree water for a couple hours and my legs started cramping up bad to the point I had to struggle to the side and crawl out and try to stop the pain. I just about didn't make it back that trip so I'm thinking this motor will be great. Guess I'm getting too old to be able to kick faster than the river flows. Anyway I hope the first trip is at least half as fun as I've been anticipating and it will be a great day. Thanks again for the insight. J
