My outer edges where the floor contacted the side of the hull were at an angle. I didn't get an exact match, but I used a jig saw and just held it at an angle and eyeballed it. It doesn't fit like the factory floor did, but its working and at least flush against the boat. If you wanted an exact fit, you could cut it at less than the needed angle and then sand/file it to be just right. I didn't bother, and don't regret it. Floor is working spectacularly.
