A first at Bear Lake

I finally caught a fish at Bear Lake!! I fished Wednesday thru Sunday morning for about three to five hours each day. Total fish 7 whites and one cutt. I was fishing off the shore at the mouth of the marina using chartruese and white curly tail jigs tipped with a worm. I also threw a few spinners with no luck. Pressure was light and saw quite a few BFT folks headed out in boats. BLM, Old Coot, and AF Dan were a few that I recognized from the fish and feed this year at willard. I released all the fish except a white, which I will be eating tonight (I have never eaten one) Weather was great for a prior Alaskan!!!!
