do you even know how to use google at all?
a few examples:
we removed a dictator from power and changed the lives of repressed people. i saw this first hand. yes the people did not want us in iraq and they told us, but they also told us they were glad we were there to help. when we pulled out they said they were ready to take over. is it perfect? nope, but as stated above we did make a differance.
we ousted the taliban and set back disrupted, and even stopped future attacks on our country. we also removed another gov that suppressed their own people. particularly women. i have this difference first hand and it is a fight we will continue to fight as long as someone or some group is challenged by our way of life and the freedoms we have.
now im sure you are making all of these assumptions based on your vast world experiences right? i mean you have been to these places and seen what positive effects the US has had by removing governments that istically brutalized their own people while being easily corrupt in order to advance their own agenda at the cost of countless unarmed civilians right?
Syria... i dont have an opinion. i dont get paid enough nor am i in any position to make that decision. i do know how ever if i am told to go protect innocent civilians that include women and children i will do so without hesitation
