So Pat, Have you put together a cook book of all your fish recipes? That sounds like another chapter that should be a best seller... I just wish I could talk my family into eating fish... I'd love to take more home if my girls would eat them, but 
ly I'm the only fish eater and my peers at work help me with the smoked fish.. But I guess I'm going to remain mostly a catch and release guy... I really enjoy fish, but it's hard to fix them for one and something else for the rest of the family...Well enjoyed your info on this post again, thanks for the details and loved that 15" perch it's a tank....
