Thanks for sharing -- a great story! That's exactly what hunting means to me. Lots of memories with my dad and brothers. I can still remember the day my dad took me on my first hunting trip with him. I was only 8 years old. I had so much fun! It was cold and windy, and we hiked a long way, but we got a nice 4 x 6 point buck. Then we had to drag it for 400 yards up a steep hill with just my dad, me and my 10 year old brother to pull. It took us nearly 4 hours to go that 400 yards and I was so tired by the time we were done, but I was happy. I couldn't wait to go next year. Now, every year I look forward to hunting season, even though it means time off from fishing. [
