[#0000FF]There was a lot of corn chumming going on in those days...but not enough to cover the bottom of the lake with 3 or more inches of excess corn...as claimed by those who make the regulations...and excuses for them.

Let's do the math. One small area...50 feet by 50 feet...is 2500 square feet. To cover that area only 1" deep with corn would require over 200 cubic feet of corn...over 1000 gallons. How much would it take to cover a whole bay with 3 to 4 inches? Is there enough canned corn to ever do that? Who could afford that much corn? Is it realistic to expect that if corn were to be legalized as bait...even without the no chumming law...that it would ever constitute that kind of problem?
