[#0000FF]No dispute, but I would be interested in knowing if that is actually written somewhere...as a requirement for fishing certain waters. I can find no such language anywhere in the Utah regulations. There are a few waters designated as "artificial flies and lures only" but none that specify the type of tackle upon which they must be fished.[/#0000FF]
