Sorry to hear your Willard trip was scratched today. I was looking forward to a good report.

Thanks again for Friday's lesson/outing. It was fun and educational as always. I ended up staying until about 2:30, and was rewarded with one more good sized channel cat on the east side of the harbor outlet for my effort. Hooked it while daydreaming as usual.

Those custom jig flies you made up look great. I would like to come by sometime and get a lesson on fabricating those heads. I tried doing some like that using epoxy a few years back, but couldn't get the nice shape like yours, and they ended up being much heavier.

Can't wait to hit a trout lake here soon to try them out.
