Hey there shewicker, the majority of that is actually true except for the fact that my kids had to chose between a pager or a cell phone in the 4th grade. I didn't think they were mature enough to have both at the same time.
By the way, I think they might legalize pot anyway. That would give them a new highway to tax and solve some of these budget problems.
