Utah protecting the public from stoned rabbits

Sad the bill failed today 14 to 15, when this could have been used to help really sick kids, its amazing how thick members on the hill can be when it comes to helping others but when they are more worried about stoned rabbits instead of kids it little wonder why they can't seem to get this bill to pass.
You got to love Monty Python and his Holy Hand Grenade however[].
