No I don't believe he was a member of BFT, or at least that he ever mentioned. He was an engineer for the Weber Basin Water Conservation District so that's how I know him.

Yeah you never know about the GPS trails. According to my buddy that was part of the search and rescue the strange GPS marks and therefore the areas that they are concentrating their search in all happened in extremely shallow water. Water so shallow you wouldn't even have to swim. Who knows?
