The Bear River is one of the lucky ones, it's used for irrigation mostly, so it's water is pumped from Bear Lake to meet the farmers needs so most of the summer there should be water. However, starting Friday all of the canals will be turning on so I expect there will be some low water for a while until they get the flows regulated... I typically don't float very often unless I have a reason to, so if you want to do it sometime let me know and I'll try to show it to you... Most of the time I just spot fish rather than float the river section... Anyway appreciate your offer to help... J
