Panguitch in Utah has some of the best trout fishing I have experienced in the area. The campgrounds are just 3-4 min drive from the lake. If you go I recommend fishing from the south end along the rocks. Fishing is good through aug/sept. You can rent a patio boat from the Rocky Point dock for a reasonable amount too. But in my opinion there are too many weeds in water to troll properly.
