Doel-Fin

With three adults on board, in order to get my boat to plane, at higher elevation reservoirs, I have found it necessary to have one adult move close to the bow of the boat. I first tried changing from a 17 pitch prop to a 15 pitch prop. That helped a little, but I still had the same issue. I next installed a Doel-Fin and that has solved the problem. The boat gets up on plane with everyone seated normally and an added bonus is that it saves substantially on the amount of fuel that the outboard uses.
