Ice Rod Tip Strike Indicators

Used them for years but don't any more. I build my own soft tip rods for sight fishing and with the combination of correct line and technique can see the lightest of bites. I build carbon rods for when I'm fishing by feel and spring bobbers wouldn't do a bit of good for that. If I felt like I needed a spring bobber I would go with a Thorne bros "tripwire" or the more affordable Beaver dam titanium tip stick. Good luck.
