Thanks again Pat for the smoking supplies and the smoked catfish, it was great. I should be good for a while now, after that variety of wood you pass on to me and retch_sweeney volunteering the use of his wood shredder, for my cherry tree.
Looks like it was a great day at the Bay. There sure were plenty of people there.
