Hello Folks,
I've ordered an Okuma Trio-55S spinning reel and am considering how to spool the line. What I would call a medium to medium heavy freshwater spinning reel. This will be used for bass in north central Illinois.
I'm thinking of starting with an inexpensive 30lb. mono to mostly fill the reel. Then about 50 yards of 20lb. Sufix 832. Then a fluorocarbon or mono leader to suit the situation.
How does this sound?
I'm thinking of using an Albright knot for both connections.
