I am a 5th generation sustainable beef producer!! And how I use water is directly tied to how I feed my family!!! For you to imply that the water right I OWN may be taken away because folks in town need them more is simply laughable! Our food should be grown locally! What we eat should be our highest priority. Ask countries that have to import all their food how they feel about food security? If people are starving will that be enough for them to understand that local agriculture was important? I hope you understand that folks like me wont go quietly into the night while folks like you regulate us into oblivion! The truth is the Wasatch front needs to better manage growth and live with the water you already have instead of thinking you can steal mine!
I am walking away from this conversation for a while in order to go get some work done. And I leave this computer totally incredulous that the statements you made are acceptable in the United States of America. This aint Russia last time I checked. Although with leadership like we have and folks like yourself, it may not be long til we are all proud comrades!
