[#0000FF]I suppose I have you to thank for the voicemail message from Dave. He was complimentary about the review...but nothing about my problem. Still having to carry a pump to keep the seat aired up enough to fish longer than an hour.
I well know your past history with Dave, and I know you have helped him and he has helped you. Good arrangement. But I also know other people who have "enjoyed" the customer service after the sale.
I stand by my remarks. Great craft but less than great followup...for me. But everybody picks on me anyway. I'm used to it. I'm married.

[/size][/#000000]I was unable to use my Escape until I got the side pockets. They are what I engineered to hold my rod rack, tool rack and sonar setup. Why would I want to just paddle around with a naked Escape? And it would seem appropriate for an explanatory note or followup email (or phone call) to notify the customer as to what happened. In my case, Dave did not respond to a whole series of attempts to reach him and get my pockets delivered.
