Awesome advice guys! I send my utmost gratitude and respect. I'm glad this tourney caught my eye as a ice fishing noob. I really appreciate the tips as well. I will be printing everything out and studying them, so I'll look like I know what I'm doing. I found a $20 used hand auger that I'll take somewhere to see if they'll sharpen the blades and keep an eye out for a cheap shelter.
