Went chasing some burbot at flaming gorge Wednesday to Thursday night. Fished in a lot of different depths from 8ft to 30 feet, caught burbot at all depths we fished they seemed to come and go throughout the night. Ended up with 12 burbot and 3 lake trout. All fish were caught on glow tube jigs with the wonderful chub meat I got from scofield.
It was interesting fishing for the burbot because there was multiple times the burbot we though would get tangled in two lines, come to find out it actually ate two of our jigs those things are sure gluttens!
