The plug was not our problem !! The quick release bracket would have solved many problems because getting to the mounting bolts was a !@#@ ! The other main problem was getting the motor up. Following Minn Kota's instructions got us part way, but the bar holding the motor down and not allowing it to fold up was also a problem. I will recommend that when we reinstall the motor, we put a quick release bracket under it. I am considering it for my Terrova also !!
