I think [url "http://www.glowinc.com"]www.glowinc.com[/url] will be your best bet for quality glow paints. Thats the key word in glow... QUALITY! There are very few manufacturers that use quality components... it cuts into there profit to spend too much!
As far as the critiques on RMT's spinners... they are designed for kokanee salmon and the VMC hooks are aligned perfectly for that application. And small blades are a must for kokes. For browns, bows, and cutts I actually do some modifying on them. I either spread the hooks, use bigger hooks, or use a treble. Sometimes I even use a bigger blade. It just depends on the day and the species I'm targetting.
