Willard Boat Frinzy 4/6/2017
#1
Hit Willard today from 11-230. launched on the South Marina. Lucky I found one parking space left. Don't people work anymore. Never seen it so crowded. What is a retired guy suppose to do? Water temp a cool 50 degrees everywhere I went. I am sure that will change this weekend. I Trolled, and I trolled and I trolled, zippo. I trolled from 1-2 mph and everything in between. Then I switched over to bottom bouncing with a worm on one pole, and Mussels on another pole. Slowed to slower than a turtle walking a pet. .07. Stuck my head in the water to see if my worm was doing the hula for the fish. And she was. But not good enough I guess. Strike two and three. Talked to several people as I passed them . Even on the five party barges I pasted Nobody was in the party mood. Nobody was getting any bites or logging a lot of fish. As I left six more boats were pulling in. What a mad house. Anyway I may have to start fishing EC or Hyrum.
Boatfisher out now logging in as Old_ POPS.

Don't count on it being any better this weekend old pops. Weather is forecast to cool off, and be raining Sat and Sun. [:/]

I was also out there during the same time frame. Managed one small wiper in three hours. Found it in Freeway Bay in 21 FOW. Saw lots of boats, but not much catching. Someday, it'll quit raining every other day and warm up.
