Does anybody know how the road/river conditions are going up to the reservoir? I've heard that there is a flood watch in the area.

I drove up to the dam and about halfway around the lake on Saturday, road conditions were fine. The lake was full, but the only boat I saw was on a trailer leaving.

Edited to include the fact that I was driving a low-clearance old Hyundai Accent and had no problems.

So how was it up there? I have been there in years. I didn't even thi k there was a boat ramp. Could you give me some info on the boat ramp?

There are 2 dirt launches.
Right now they are both accessible as the reservoir is full.
Later in the year the launches become iffy.

The road up is rough so take it slow if you go.
