I just bought a house in Ogden and have noticed a body of water right off of 21st street on the west side. Does anyone know the name or have info on it? Like boating fishing regs as well as can it be ice fished ect...
Thank You in advance

Its name is (cleverly) 21st Street Pond. It is a curious mix of a waterski test area and a community fishery. The waterski people are the only ones allowed to have powered craft on it, but tubes, toons and yaks are apparently okay. As a community fishery, the limit is two of any fish.
I take my grandkids there sometimes, but the fishing is never very good - also typical of many community ponds. A few stocked rainbows, some small bluegill, and probably some bullheads is about it.

I forgot to say that the far eastern end of it was off limits for years due to what was said to be toxic wastes that got in from the rail yard. It was fenced off to be cleaned out.
I can't say if the fish were ever affected, but I think I'd treat it as a "no eat" fishery just to be sure.

21st pond has a lot of fish. Mostly carp but there are panfish, largemouth, smallmouth, stocked rainbows, and the occasional brown trout that comes in the pipe from the river. Maybe even a tiger Muskie that drifted down from pineview once in a blue moon.
