Try about a mile east of the marina. If you can't see them on your fish finder, then they are shallow. Use pink presentations with dodgers. Don't be afraid to experiment with depth. Troll 1.3-1.7 mph. Right now looks like anywhere between 10-20 feet is working out. When the fish go deeper, you cannot miss them on your fish finder. They will be all over and stacked up.

I've always fished the soldier creek side for Kokes, north from the aspen marina all the way by the other bank. I've done good in that area over the last few years.
