Fishing on the surface of the sun!
#1
Yeah....it's hot in Southern UT! But...so is the fishing! We've been getting out at the crack of dawn and putting some damage on the bass at Sand Hollow. Deep water swimbaits have been the ticket. Find 30-40' water, preferably around some structure (red rock points, etc.) and it's game on. We've been averaging 20 fish a piece in about 2.5-3hrs of fishing...got to get off the lake around 8ish and the oven gets turned on! Fish are looking super healthy for this time of year...fat bellies and mouths full of crawdads! Lake is still 100% capacity and the inlet is still coming in strong! Got to love it!
