Hot Fishing! (literally)
#1
It continues to be hot as Satan's nipple down here in Southern, UT...but so has the fishing! Early morning bite has been consistently stellar up until the heat turns on around 10ish. Water clarity is gin, water temps in the upper 70's low 80's, lake is still near 100% capacity, and the fish are fat and feisty! Hit the deep water points and depth changes in 30-40' of water until you find actively feeding fish, then hold on! If you aren't getting grass on your bait, then you aren't in the right zone. Got the Father in Law out from Vegas and got him on some quality bass. Great way to spend this miserable, hot summer! Come on Fall! Smile

Nice and thank you for the report.

I'm hoping to get out early tomorrow and find some bass myself. Has it been crowded on the lake in the early hours?
