Jordanelle - first fish

Took my grandson and his GF (both visiting from AZ) fishing to Jordanelle this morning. She had never been fishing before.

Her first fish:

The perch were plentiful and willing to bite this morning. Average size was about 8 inches and the largest were around 10 inches. Only caught two bass (largest 13 inches) but I didn't want to leave the active school of perch when they were biting so well for our new angler. Fun trip.

It was a short trip. We were off of the water at 10:30 A.M. Just finished our fish fry supper and there are no leftovers.[]
