I would think so. The lake is still pretty full compared to past years. I would think snow would stop you before the lake level being to low.

I like to vertically jig with tube jigs tipped with freshly-caught red sided shiners.

I haven't tried them there because I prefer the fresh minnows that I catch before fishing, but they should work to at least catch some.

Pick up a minnow trap and toss it in while you are getting launched or while you are fishing and catch your bait. The traps are around 10$. We use dry dog food for minnow bait.
