No need to show those monsters, hate to upstage your catch. Fun day even if the fish had lock jaw. Later J

Nothing like filletable perch. I hit Hyrum with the boat 1 last time Sunday. Had about a 1/2 hour of perch to 10 1/4"- then they were gone and now where to be found. All females- didn't want to see the 6" with eggs but everyone was laden with an egg sac.
But 2 bags of fillets were great for last boating trip of the year.

Sounds like you seen what I've been noticing. The fishing will be dead, then all of a sudden it turns on and you really catch some nice fish, then it shuts off like a light switch. I've seen that 3 out of last 4 trips. This trip with Greg they never did turn on, but we picked up one every now and then. Glad you got some fish worth filleting. Makes it a lot more fun and faster to get the job done too. Congrats and ice season is looking promising this year. Later J
