Huntington North - Sorry no fish pictures
#1
I decided since it was such a nice day to try HN again. For some reason I have not done well over there this year, and the trend continues. I fished from 11:30 until 2:30 with only one small rainbow on the line for awhile. I was using a medium sinking line and a size 6 bead head black/green/pearl soft hackle. That one rainbow was only hit I had all day. It's not my first skunk there this year.[:/]

The DWR has stocked over 6,000 rainbows, 10,000 channel catfish, and 10,000 wipers so you would think that I could at least accidentally snag something once in awhile.[Wink]

The water temperature was 39 degrees and the visibility in the water was about 5'. The reservoir level is 85% full and rising.

It was gorgeous day with temps in the 40's and no wind.

I included some pictures so all the folks along the Wasatch front can see what blue sky looks like.[Wink]

[#0000FF]Okay, okay. Your blue sky beats my grey hazy one. But my no-hitter skunk beats your "almost" 'bow.

But the pic of the eagles makes your report so much better. You rock.
