Anybody been up to tibblefork?

My two uncles and I went up to mantua and had one small perch and a small bow. Nothin going up there, so I live a lot closer to Tibblefork and just wondering if it’s safe out there and if the fishing is good. I also am looking into silver lake, I know they don’t allow trucks up there but am I allowed to take a 4-wheeler or a snowmobile? Thx

8 to 10 I’m he’s of good ice. Lots of people sledding onto the lake. Went fishing about 30 yards from the far bank, where the rope swing used to be. Marked fish at the bottom but they didn’t love what I was offering. I forgot the night crawlers and only ad wax worms to tip the jigs with. Caught 2 planters in 2 hours. Lots of fish there, they just didn’t love what I had to offer.

Small ice fly with worm at any depth has been working grate for me and my kids. But giving some action to your bait is a must. Most were 2-7 feet under the ice.
