Welp.... been fishing Holmes quite a bit. Finally found the bass. They only hit on tungsten ice flies. Bluegill and trout are on fire, some gills pushing 10-11 inches. Most trout are wild pushing 15-16 inches, couple planters. Still no perch or crappie or anything else. Biggest bass was only 3.6 pounds. Still a blast!

Nice job! Those are some nice lmb. I hit it the other day but only for an hour. Had 2 bites and didn't get either. Planning to go somewhere Monday but not sure where.

I fished it Wed night and found it to be the safest I've been on this year. I'm estimating a good 6 or 7. Inches. I only caught 1 gill and 1 rainbow. Hooked 2 really nice ones that spit the hook half way up. Good luck to ya

Ice was probably 7 inches. Fish shallow. I don’t have pictures of any gills from this last trip, however, I do have a picture of a small one from my first trip. 😂 I didn’t think a bluegill was worth a picture when catching them. Looking back I wish I had pictures. They were nice gills
