Mill Meadow

I am wondering if anybody has fished Mill Meadow lately and whether it is frozen over. I am specifically wondering if the perch are back in there like they were before the dam repairs. Any help would be great.

See story on KSL today, looks like there is 8" of ice, but it may be a lot more popular after that story today... later J
