68 inches of walleye, followed by a big brain fart

On Wednesday morning I launched my tube at Wallsburg on Deer Creek. Nice and cloudy until 10, perfect for chasing eyes. I caught 4 17 inch walleye, lost one, and one 8 inch perch. I tried to duplicate this morning with 2 smallmouth and one brown. Those eyes sure can humble you. Worst part of the morning today was my brain fart. I forgot to load up my fish finder and fishing rod. I guess my stupidity is someone elses gain.

Those eyes look healthy. I have forgotten a lot things but I have never, ever forgot my rods. Sit in the corner and think about what you have done. Tisk, tisk []

nice job on the eyes ! sorry for your loss. [] I had a brain fart at UL yesterday too. I broke my new fly rod, never even caught a fish on it yet. fishing can be so mean.. lol
